This is the resume itself, not a picture of one. Print it to PDF and the text stays real text with the fonts embedded, which is the half the old export got wrong. There is a plain single-column version for application portals, which parse two columns badly.

About

I lead product design at Xflow, a B2B fintech backed by Stripe and PayPal Ventures, across invoicing, developer experience, checkout and AI. Most of my work is taking a workflow that already exists and building the version people actually finish. I do that with AI in the loop, and I instrument it, so when I say design-to-code cut build time by 90% there is a dashboard behind the number rather than a feeling. Before Xflow I designed for Samsung and Intel at Wongdoody.

How I work with AI

  • Design-to-code through Figma MCP and Claude. 17 features have gone through it, and frontend build time on those surfaces is down 90%, measured on dashboards I built rather than estimated.
  • AI in the product, not only in the process. An FX analyst publishing 3-day USD/INR rate outlooks to drive limit-order usage, at 30% daily-active adoption in its first week.
  • Tooling the team actually uses: AI-powered Figma plugins in daily use, and a documentation assistant so non-technical teams answer their own product questions.
  • The analytics under all of it. I built Xflow's PostHog dashboards from scratch, so product, design and support read the same real-time usage data.

Experience

  1. XflowLead Product Designer

    September 2025 to Present

Lead a team of two designers across invoicing, developer experience, checkout and AI.

    • Own the API and developer-experience revamp, including a self-serve upgrade journey that freed 90% of ops bandwidth on that path.
    • Built the team's AI-assisted design practice and led its adoption across design and engineering.
    • Introduced motion and 3D UI with Lottie and custom renders across the site and dashboard.
  2. XflowSenior UX Designer

    September 2022 to September 2025

Xflow's core money-movement products: checkout, self-serve invoicing, and the fee model.

    • Redesigned self-serve invoicing end to end. Invoice generation got 40% faster, drop-offs fell 30%, and the new flow won 20x preference over the legacy one in testing.
    • Rebuilt the merchant experience for the vertical carrying more than 80% of processing volume. Putting fees in front of merchants earlier cut support queries 25%.
    • Scaled the platform UI to multi-currency across every user-facing flow, which is what opened international markets.
    • Built the AI FX analyst, and a documentation assistant for non-technical teams. A customer-facing deployment of the assistant is projected to take 30% off support overhead.
  3. Wongdoody (Infosys)Lead Experience Designer

    September 2020 to September 2022

    • Modernised a legacy Samsung Korea product, adding multilingual support and interaction upgrades. Internal workflow turnaround improved 30%.
    • Directed VUI strategy for Intel R&D, designing the voice flows for the Temi robot. Launched globally across Intel's retail experience centres.
  4. FreelanceDesigner

July 2018 to September 2022, alongside the above

    • UX, architecture, branding and industrial design.
